Sat Feb 20 2027

BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY

A yoga teacher training is an opportunity to deepen your practice and understand yoga from the inside out. At United Yoga Asia, our 200-Hour Program offers a complete foundation that combines clear alignment, mindful movement, anatomy, philosophy, and the art of teaching.

Within this 200-hour journey, you will learn how to practice intelligently, sequence safely, and connect inner awareness with effective action. Guided by experienced mentors in a supportive environment, your studies will combine active practice, observation, structured discussion, and hands-on teaching experience. The weekend format allows you to balance your daily routine while committing deeply to your professional growth and certification.

TOPICS

Principles of asana alignment and safe movement The structure of sequencing and class planning Practical anatomy and body awareness for teachers and practitioners Essential pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness techniques Study of yogic philosophy and ancient Khmer wisdom, exploring their shared roots in balance, discipline, and inner awareness Guided teaching practice that cultivates confidence, awareness, and reflection

Upon successful completion of all course requirements and contact hours, graduates receive a 200-Hour Certificate of Completion and become eligible to register as an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.
