Rise & Shine is a morning class that helps to wake up your sleepy energy with relaxed and gentle movements and breath work in a sequence that will prepare you mentally, emotionally and physically for your day ahead. These classes keep you grounded but allow your spirit to rise.

Alignment-based Hatha is designed for students seeking to deepen their practice and refine their skills with a strong emphasis on alignment and body structures for a safer and more effective yoga practice. This class, led by our director Piseth Lun, who has undertaken serious study with world-renowned teachers in the Hatha yoga tradition, including Ashtanga and Iyengar systems, incorporates the use of props to assist practitioners of all levels.
