Led by our experienced teacher, Aimee Ortagus, this workshop blends ancient wisdom with modern science to help you unlock the power of meditation. The workshop will introduce participants to the practice of different styles of meditation, within the framework of which type of meditation is best for various styles of thinking and learning. It will also include essential historical, theoretical, and benefit-related information.

The core of the workshop involves three distinct meditation practices, each lasting 15 minutes, with 5-minute breaks for discussion, and 10-minute stretch breaks ensuring participants experience different techniques and reflect on their experiences. All practices are seated to ensure accessibility, with clear guidance provided.
