About Aimee: Yoga has made me a student of my body and my life. Everything that we need to learn and grow will be given to us in one form or another. Maybe it is illness, or trauma, or incredible difficulty: whatever challenges life presents, Yoga gives us many of the tools we need to meet these challenges. We do not have to be victims of circumstances or pain. We can make these teach us. I am strongly rooted in Sivananda yoga (Classical hatha yoga) and incorporate breathing, kriya, and relaxation into all my classes. I am an E-RYT 200 hours with Yoga Alliance, USA, and a Certified Yoga Therapist.

About Sokrouen: Sokreun discovered yoga in 2014, and it has since become a powerful tool for personal growth and mindfulness in his life. After graduating as a certified kids’ yoga teacher in 2016, he completed a 200-hour international teacher training program with Paul Dallaghan in 2019. He is dedicated to actively teaching yoga in various community settings, inspiring both local and international students to cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and inner peace.
